Contact me for a free consultation. What makes a CHEK practitioner unique? The CHEK Assessment- Any program is only as good as the assessment it is designed from. The CHEK assessments look at every factor that effects your health. Diet, sleep, stress, digestion, posture, core, length-tension relationships, spinal health and dynamic movement. You are sent a questionnaire to fill out online. Then we do a 1 hour physical assessment. Once this is all done, I design a program specifically for you and your goals. Whether it is rehabilitation, sports performance, sculpting or weight loss. If you are not assessing, you are guessing! If you are guessing, I hope nothing is being charged for that. Anyone can guess!
Class descriptions-

The Ball Pit- Why do kids get all the fun?! They get to play in ball pits, and now you do too! Come join this new program, designed using swiss and medicine balls on a matted floor. It truly is a ball pit. Benefits include fun, toning, weight loss, improved balance, coordination and core strength.
Bosu Blast- Like the name suggests, it's truly a blast. It's a fun, upbeat workout that will make you SWEAT. Using the bosu ball, which is the half ball on the floor.
RIPPED!- This class will get you ripped. Better than bootcamp. This is a great back to basics class. Using all the tried, tested and true methods over the years to tighten and tone the body. For those that prefer a workout on a solid surface and are serious about getting RIPPED!

Early Morning Stretch- Such a great way to start your day. If you like to start your day slow and relaxed like me, you'll love this new class format. You won't find anything quit like it anywhere else. I start your day with full body relaxing mobilizations, stretch your sore aching muscles, decompress your spine and have fun with infant development exercises. I tried not to give highly technical descriptions for my classes, but this UNIQUE class is beyond description! You truly need to experience it for yourself. You will leave feeling like a brand new you. This class is great for anyone, any age, and any athletic level. It also involves ELDOA, designed by the amazing osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer. Currently I am the only one offering a class with ELDOA in the Fraser Valley
Facility Guidelines-
-Turn off your cell phone
-Everybody must clean off all equipment used in the classes. There is spray bottles and paper towel here.
-Please show up 5 minutes before any class or personal training session. Once class has started, you will not be allowed to join in
-Always bring a towel and water. Also be sure you have eaten and also drinken ATLEAST 1 litre of water before you come. DO NOT come to class or a session with only coffee in your system!
-I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for personal training sessions. If you cancel a 1 on 1 session within 24 hours, you will lose that session. However if I have to cancel within 24 hours you will be rescheduled and get a FREE session on top. No excuses accepted for you or me!
