Todd Fontaine bio: My journey to become the person I am today has been a long, interesting road. I never grew up as an athlete, and I was always the last one picked for teams in gym class. A point came in my life in my late teens that I decided to make a drastic change for the better. My journey started in 1993 in the martial arts. I instantly fell in love and for the next 5 years dedicated my life to it. I trained an average of 15-20 hours a week. Some people would be impressed by that, but due to obviously over training and not truly understanding the science of effective training, I ended up injured. That led to the next phase of my journey to learn how to heal, rehab and effectively train and improve my vitality. After going to various health practitioners, I discovered the best method I have seen to this day to fully assess, understand, and design safe, effective programs. It was through the CHEK institute founded by Paul Chek. Over the last 8 years I have also started studying under Dr. Guy Voyer. But don't just take my word for it, take a look at my testimonial page.
