Contact me for a free consultation. What makes a CHEK practitioner unique? The CHEK Assessment- Any program is only as good as the assessment it is designed from. The CHEK assessments look at every factor that effects your health. Diet, sleep, stress, digestion, posture, core, length-tension relationships, spinal health and dynamic movement. You are sent a questionnaire to fill out online. Then we do a 1 hour physical assessment. Once this is all done, I design a program specifically for you and your goals. Whether it is rehabilitation, sports performance, sculpting or weight loss. If you are not assessing, you are guessing! If you are guessing, I hope nothing is being charged for that. Anyone can guess!
Todd Fontaine bio: My journey to become the person I am today has been a long, interesting road. I never grew up as an athlete, and I was always the last one picked for teams in gym class. A point came in my life in my late teens that I decided to make a drastic change for the better. My journey started in 1993 in the martial arts. I instantly fell in love and for the next 5 years dedicated my life to it. I trained an average of 15-20 hours a week. Some people would be impressed by that, but due to obviously over training and not truly understanding the science of effective training, I ended up injured. That led to the next phase of my journey to learn how to heal, rehab and effectively train and improve my vitality. After going to various health practitioners, I discovered the best method I have seen to this day to fully assess, understand, and design safe, effective programs. It was through the CHEK institute founded by Paul Chek. Over the last 10 years I have also started studying under Dr. Guy Voyer.
