Tamara Fisher: I first came to Todd with chronic pain; Fibromyalgia being the biggest. The day of my first session I was in a lot of pain and after only one hour with Todd, I walked out PAIN FREE for a few hours. I almost forgot what it felt like not to feel any pain. It was a great feeling! Even though I’ve only been to a few sessions, Todd has managed to keep my flare-ups down to a minimum. I see myself being a long-time client.

Quintin Young: I have been on a 7 year journey now, since having a knee surgery. I was told by my surgeon I would never work a labour job again. Being a martial artist I have accumulated many injuries. I was also stabbed 3 years ago in the stomach, escorting some unwanted visitors out of a party. It was because of this event, I started to do some self reflection. It made me realize I had to make some deeper changed in my life. I realized a lot of it started with my idea of being a fighter, and that identity causing stress and chaos in my life and my body. It led to me thinking I had to engage with the unwanted visitors that stabbed me. It led to tension in my shoulders, jaw and chest that you can see in my 2017 picture. This led to muscle and tension imbalances, that further led to chronic pain! I made a commitment to heal myself without drugs or more surgery. You name it, I tried it physiotherapy, yoga, acupuncture and chiropractors. They did play a part in my healing, but didn't get to the root cause. It wasn't until I came across Paul Chek, and his book "How To Eat Move and Be Healthy. This knowledge led me to search out a CHEK practitioner and found Todd at Fontaine Fitness. He helped put structure into my healing with his very thorough assessments. At the time of this writing, I have been working with Todd for 7 months. The aches and pains have been slowly disappearing. I can't remember the last time I felt this healthy and strong! It hasn't been an easy journey. It's taken commitment, dedication and understanding there is no quick fix or magic pill.
Quinten Nault: Todd is much more than just a trainer, he is extremely knowledgeably on how the body works together. His knowledge of the body can help you strengthen the muscles in your body that will lower your risk of injuring yourself. This has been very useful to me as a trades-person because I no longer get soreness in areas after working in awkward spaces or awkward angles. He also helped me strengthen areas that were prone to injury like my lower back and neck area. After getting my foundation with Todd, I feel comfortable in continuing my training without injuring myself. So far I have done the bosu blast and ripped class. Both have a great sweat and great work out. Ripped was definitely a favourite so far. Good music as well. Looking forward to trying out the other classes!

Alyssa Hutch: Todd is a fantastic trainer that will definitely get you the results! He actually does the class with you and shows great leadership.
